Water, Sewer, and Gas Leaks

Utility Leak & Location Services, Inc. has extensive experience in the location of subsurface leaks in water, sewer and gas lines.

U.L.L.S. Inc. has located thousands of water leaks. Electronic transmitters and line tracers are used to map out the location of underground and under slab water lines, above surface water lines and manifolds. Electronic acoustic equipment and air are used to pinpoint the location of water leaks.

Gas and sewer leaks can be detected with the use of ultrasonic leak detection equipment, air, and traceable gases with gas tracers.

Smoke tests are also used to detect leaks in sewer lines, “p” traps, and vent pipes.
